48-hour beta pilot terms
These are business terms for the beta pilot workflow. They are not legal advice, and the final commercial agreement should be reviewed by the operator and customer before payment or document exchange.
Operator
The ConstructPilot beta pilot is operated by individual entrepreneur POLINA KOLIANIKOVA, Identification Number 306546930, Legal Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Fonichala settlement 3, building 5, hall 2, floor 4.
Scope
The beta pilot covers one RFP, scope package, bid invite, or recently submitted bid package supplied by the customer. ConstructPilot prepares a review-ready proposal draft, source-backed compliance checklist, red-flag memo, missing-information questions, and one revision pass.
Out of Scope
- Takeoff, estimating, pricing, quantity calculation, engineering, legal review, or final bid submission.
- Assurance that a bid will be accepted, complete, awardable, or commercially successful.
- Processing image-only scans, unreadable files, or documents the customer is not authorized to share.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide the RFP/scope package, reusable proposal notes, standard qualification language, and relevant addenda.
- Remove or redact sensitive pricing, personal data, or regulated information that is not needed for the pilot.
- Review every output before using it externally. Human review is required.
AI and Data Handling
The workflow may use third-party AI/model providers when model-backed mode is configured. Customer materials are used to generate the requested pilot deliverables and to operate the pilot workflow. Do not upload confidential or regulated materials until a written agreement and data-handling expectations are accepted.
Fee and Delivery
The beta pilot starts at $750 unless another written price is agreed before payment. Target delivery is 48 business hours after payment and receipt of usable customer materials. If materials are incomplete or unreadable, delivery timing starts after usable materials arrive.
Revision
The pilot includes one revision pass focused on correcting missed requirements, improving wording, or incorporating customer notes. New bid packages, new scopes, or substantial additional documents may require a separate pilot.
Confidentiality
The operator should treat customer materials and generated deliverables as confidential pilot materials. Customers should avoid sharing trade secrets, sensitive pricing, or personal data until commercial terms and data-handling expectations are confirmed.
Refunds and Cancellation
If work has not started, the customer may request cancellation. Once document review or generation work has started, refunds are handled case by case based on the work already performed and any written agreement in place.
