Privacy and data handling
This page describes the intended handling of pilot request data and bid materials for the beta workflow. It should be reviewed and adapted before a production launch with real customers.
Operator
ConstructPilot is operated by individual entrepreneur POLINA KOLIANIKOVA, Identification Number 306546930, Legal Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Fonichala settlement 3, building 5, hall 2, floor 4.
Information Collected
- Contact details submitted through the pilot request form, including company, name, role, email, segment, and bid context.
- RFP, scope, proposal notes, and reusable qualification language submitted for a paid pilot.
- Operational records such as inquiry status, pipeline stage, call notes, suppressions, and pilot status.
Use of Information
Information is used to respond to pilot requests, prepare review-ready bid package deliverables, track pilot progress, maintain suppression and opt-out records, and improve the workflow with operator review.
AI Providers
When model-backed mode is enabled, customer-provided text may be sent to a third-party AI/model provider to generate the requested draft, checklist, risk memo, and questions. The deployment operator should disclose the active provider and its terms before processing customer materials.
Data Storage
Runtime data is stored in the private persistent data directory configured by `CONSTRUCTPILOT_DATA_DIR`. Public release bundles must not include live inquiries, uploaded materials, private lead research, or outbound campaign artifacts.
Customer Controls
Customers may request correction, deletion, or opt-out through the monitored sales inbox configured for the deployment. Suppression records should be retained as needed to honor no-contact requests.
Security Boundaries
- Ops pages and inquiry review endpoints require an admin token.
- Public inquiry submission returns only a limited receipt.
- Outbound campaign export and pilot close workflows remain blocked until launch configuration is complete.
